A year-long facilitator training and development group journey for people already facilitating The Work That Reconnects and similar eco-psychological processes, or those who wish to do so. The goal is support both experienced and less experienced participants to increase their confidence and competence in facilitating the Work that Reconnects and similar (eg inner transition and eco-psychology) processes. Involves four residential weekend workshops, plus an on-line component, coaching and small group support. The workshops involve a mix of training input, supported practice and experiential processes within the context of a group community building journey. This is the second year we’ve run this; the first year was fully booked and is loved by those doing it.
Dates of the residential weekends involved are:
May 18 – 20, 2012, July 20 – 22 2012, Oct 12 – 14 2012, March 15 – 17 2013
Plus distance-learning virtual day on 19 Jan 2013

Cost £1100 full rate, £1000 early booking rate before 31st Dec 2011, £750 concession includes course plus food. Small fee for basic overnight accommodation.
