Year long WTR Facilitator Training/Development Group

Dates – four residential weekend workshops plus additional small group and online contact, beginning weekend of May 20th – 22nd 2011.
Other weekends are: July 15th – 17th 2011, October 14th – 16th 2011, March 16th – 18th 2012, plus teleconference on Jan 21st 2012.
Venue – Southstoke House, Bath, UK
Facilitators – Jenny Mackewn and Chris Johnstone have many years experience facilitating this work and training facilitators.
We also have Sophy Banks, from Transition Training, contributing as a guest facilitator.
Cost – Sliding scale £750 – £1100 (further concessions may become available) includes tuition and food. Plus basic accommodation at £7/night.
Details: we’ve planned this for people who are either already leading the Work that Reconnects (and similar Inner Transition work) or who wish to do so.
The workshops will be a rich mix of brain food, experience, practice, depth, fun, feedback and creativity. We especially want to offer opportunities for supported practice, as previous participants of initial trainings have said they need this. On this adventure, we will all get plenty of practice, plenty of experience, plenty of support – in order to gain confidence and power in leading this work.

The Learning Community:
Participants will include both experienced and less experienced practitioners. The workshops will be run as a learning community so that the experienced can learn from the fresh approach of the inexperienced; while the inexperienced can learn from the experienced. We expect to learn as much as any participant.

The Purpose
To support both experienced and less experienced facilitators to deepen skills, learn from us and each other, strengthen support and grow in competence in
facilitating the Work That Reconnects, Inner Transition and other similar deeply emotional or highly charged processes.
